Rent On Padre hopes that your South Padre holiday is the best it can be. We have easy rental procedures and a few simple rules & policies that our guests must follow.

Check in times
Normal Check-in time is 4:00 pm.
Normal Check-out time is before 10:00 am.

Deposit
A  refundable security deposit is needed to make a reservation. Deposits are higher for Spring Breakers. 

Payment Methods
Payments can be made by check (time permitting) or through Pay Pals secure website.  If you choose Pay Pal you can pay by credit card or withdrawal from your checking account.  You do not need to be a Pay Pal member.

Cleaning Fees
We have a $80 to $200 cleaning & linen fee (depending on size of unit).

Taxes
There is a city & state tax of 14.5% on rentals and a 8.25% tax on cleaning fees.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 3 months or more ahead of your arrival, you will receive your full deposit back minus a $25 service charge.

If you cancel  one to three months ahead of your arrival you will forfeit your deposit. 

If you cancel 15 to 30 days ahead you will forfeit 50% of the “rental costs”.  All the deposit, cleaning fee and taxes are returned.

If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, you will forfeit all the "rental cost".  All the deposit, cleaning fee and taxes are returned.

General Rules
Approved small pets are allowed in the Hibiscus, Surfside Landing condos, and Star Dancer, as well as Las Puertas and The Villas.  No Pets at all other condos
No smoking in any condos.
No bottles in Pool areas. 
Please follow posted departure list when leaving
