Rent On Padre
Rent on Padre hopes that your South Padre holiday is the best it can be. We have easy rental procedures and a few simple rules & policies that our guests must follow. All of our properties at Rent On Padre are privately owned. Please be respectful of the property and all its contents.
 

Check In/Out Times
Check-in time is 4:00 pm.
Check-out time is before 10:00 am.

Deposit
A  refundable security deposit  may be required.  Please call for details. 

Payment Methods
Payments can be made by Credit Card or Check  directly through one of our reservation agents, or online.  We accept Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. 

Cleaning Fees
We have a $95 to $305 cleaning & linen fee (depending on size of unit).

Taxes
There is a city, county & state tax of 17%.

Reservation Fee
We have a $25 reservation fee. 

Cancellation Policy

We highly recommend CSA Travel Protection insurance in case of emergency situations.  You can purchase coverage with or before 24 hours of your final payment.  Click here for more info.

If you choose not to purchase CSA Travel Protection insurance, the following policy applies:

Three months or more ahead of your arrival, we will return all but a $50 cancellation fee.

If you cancel one to three months ahead of your arrival you will forfeit your deposit. We will return any other money you have paid to Rent On Padre.
 

If you cancel 15 to 30 days ahead you will forfeit 50% of the “rental costs”.  All the cleaning fee and taxes are returned.

If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, you will forfeit all the "rental cost".  All the cleaning fee and taxes are returned.

Hurricane Policy 

If a mandatory evacuation is issued by the National Hurricane Center or our local governing officials due to a tropical storm or hurricane threatening our area, refunds will be given by CSA Travel Protection if purchased coverage with or before 24 hours of your final payment.  Rent On Padre will not issue refunds of any rent payments.  Click here for more info.

General Rules

Approved pets are allowed in Esperanza Escape, Hibiscus, Oleander Oasis,  Habitat, Capricorn, Surfside II #302 & 210, Gulfpoint 1309, Mar y Sol II #8, Race Track, and The Villas.
No Pets allowed at other condos
No smoking in the condo
Be respectful of other tenants
No Parties
No additional guests to exceed maximum occupancy for unit
No underage drinking or use of prohibited drugs
Pool use is limited to renters only
Charcoal Grills are not allowed on Decks
Please clean up after yourself when using outside areas
Please Follow the Departure List in Book When Leaving
Please use outside courtesy hose or shower after going to the beach

Departure/Check-out is 10:00 a.m. (Late check-out is $50-100 hour)
Telephones are not provided in our condos

 

Spring Break
Many of our condos do allow Spring Break Renters.  Esperanza Escape, Saida, Hibiscus, Capricorn, Whitesands, Acapulco Villa, Oleander Oasis, Surfside II #210 and 302, Mar y Sol II, Race Track, Acapulco Villa, GulfPoint, Gulfview II,  and Las Marinas Condos are available for Spring Break Rentals. Spring Break time period is between March and Easter. This time period varies every year. Most condos require a wristband purchase for renters during this time. Groups must be over 18. Please call for details.

Rates are subject to Change.  Rates are guaranteed only once a reservation is made.
